6 months Replacement Guarantee
Although we proudly believe our socks are the highest quality and proudly made in the USA, we understand that sometimes things happen!
If your Zenheel socks are damaged within 6 months of purchase, we’ll gladly send you a replacement — on the house!
To report a damaged item, simply send us an email to marketing@zenheel.com. We’ll review the damage (so we can keep improving!) and issue a replacement order, which you’ll be notified about via email.

You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any items. To request an RMA, send us an email to marketing@zenheel.com and include your purchase date and pictures.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns without a Return Number visibly displayed on the package will not be processed.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions.
The replacement guarantee is valid for 6 months from the date of your original order, and each order is eligible for one replacement only.
